Block Party: The Game 9+

I’ve never ever been one to play phone games or video games in general but I have been absolutely addicted to this game! I think my favorite part is that it’s a true “choose your own adventure.” There are many different aspects to the game but you aren’t necessarily required to participate in all of it to succeed. I love that I can buy property that is meaningful to me and use my creativity to build whatever I want! Whether it’s reminiscent of what’s actually there or just having fun creating cool stuff with AI. But one of my favorite parts of the game is that you have to walk to gain Energy (the currency of the game) and pick up drops (the cards you use to build your properties) and I am ADDICTED to collecting all of them! Also I didn’t even know what discord was before downloading this game and now I feel like I’ve made some really cool friends that I would’ve never met if it weren’t for Block Party! Download it! You won’t regret it!!!

If you are looking for a game like upland but you actually want to progress then this is the game for you, ill admit i was skeptical downloading Block Party because i thought it would be just like upland. you know you claim one plot and make too little profit to get your next plot so you'd have to purchase in-game money, But thats just not the case with Block Party, they have a in depth tutorial that teaches you everything you need to know to get started, the map is item THICK so youll never have a problem with getting more builds down (unless you live in the middle of nowhere then idk) the plots are cheap comparatively speaking and the community is just great (join the discord to really watch the community thrive) This is all around just a perfect idea perfectly executed. 11/10

Having so much fun, honestly even more engaging than pokémon go in my opinion. I have some suggestions:

1. Custom folders/collections of our cards so we can sort them (like saving posts in collections on tiktok or instagram)

2. Encouraging voting more. I was voting like crazy in the beginning but a single 10 minute car ride in the passenger’s seat can produce like a million times more energy than voting for that long.

3. Beacons. There should be some kind of system like in pokémon go where passing a certain beacon/landmark gives you extra energy or some other reward, often real-life popular landmarks and populated areas.
